Our aim is to inspire students, faculty, instructors, and counselors to take a closer look at the largest industry that nobody knows about.
We are seeking high school, trade school and college level partnerships across the country, in hopes to improve awareness about our industry and the amazing variety of career opportunities available. This is an effort that we share with other like-minded associations and organizations within our industry, and we intend to collaborate, when possible, to improve and expand awareness.
The Future Workforce Initiative, driven by our volunteer members, has embraced the challenge to create new connections beyond our close industry circles, and inspire the next generation of talent to pursue their future within the Trade Show and Event industry
