This California golf course is unrivaled in beauty and playability. From start to finish, the Celebrity Course offers an unmatched golf experience that will have players returning again and again.

ACCESS 2024 San Andreas Jeep Tour - $350.00

San Andreas Jeep Tour: On this exciting 4WD adventure to the private Metate Ranch preserve on the San Andreas Fault, guests will experience the twisted and tortured landscape of an active earthquake fault system. Extraordinary scenery abounds as the Jeep winds its way through the labyrinth of geological cuts and canyons of the San Andreas Fault Zone. Guests will be entertained by the naturalist guide (driver) with stories about the plants, animals, geology, and history of the California desert. Guests will walk between the steep walls of deep canyons created by the powerful forces of plate tectonics, water, wind, and time. In addition, they will explore a natural palm oasis where crystal clear water bubbles up from the underground aquifer and learn about the culture and lifestyle of the Cahuilla Indians and how they used the desert’s plants for food, medicine, tools, weapons, and shelter. This is a great way to discover the fascinating history of the Coachella Valley.

EDPA ACCESS 2024 Sustainability Statement

At EDPA, our commitment to sustainability is at the forefront of our event planning. For ACCESS 2024, we have leveraged the Sustainability Guidance for Exhibition Stand Construction, developed in collaboration with EDPA, ESCA, and EIC. This comprehensive guide aims to elevate and influence sustainable practices across our industry (https://online.flippingbook.com/view/829648536/).

In line with these guidelines, we have implemented several initiatives to minimize our environmental impact for ACCESS 2024:

  • Reusable Water Bottles:  Each attendee will receive a reusable water bottle to refill throughout the event, significantly reducing the use of single-use containers.

  • Digital Collateral:  To cut down on printed materials, we encourage attendees to use the event app for accessing schedules and other key information, eliminating the need for traditional registration bags and printed agendas.

  • Eco-Friendly Signage:  We have minimized the use of signage and ensured that all necessary signs are printed on eco-friendly materials.

  • Sustainable Food & Beverage:  In collaboration with Hyatt, we have selected ingredients that are beneficial for people, communities, and the planet. This includes using produce from the chef’s on-site herb garden, as well as locally grown and organic foods to support the local economy and environment.

  • Food Donations and Composting: Leftover food will be donated to local organizations, and food waste will be recycled for composting.

  • Sustainable Venue: The Hyatt leverages EcoTrack to monitor sustainability metrics such as greenhouse gas emissions, energy, water, waste, and recycling. In 2023, the venue received the highest Green Key EcoRating of Five Keys.

We are proud of these efforts and remain committed to continually improving our sustainability practices. Thank you for joining us in making ACCESS 2024 a greener event.
